Isn't this all of a bit sudden and strange, when you actually look at the organizations behind each of the projects?
ADA has slow development and doesn't do anything? They are building about as solid foundations as you can with a crypto project, that is intended to last for decades and decades, compared to all the other projects, that just rush to market.

The biggest barrier to mainstream/institutional adoption is stability/certainty which = governance. Hoskinson himself has admitted that ADA governance is decades away. Hedera had the foresight to address this, you might not like the way they did it, but they did it.
