A sell off is coming for none of the reasons you indicated. It's just Binance/OKEX/Huobi pumping this. Either it gets listed on Coinbase and these chinks pump and dump it DOGE style to reddit, or they just do a campaign and a smaller dump to reddit. You're pretty late desu but I can see this hitting 200-300 EOY if v3 is a massive success (which is probably will be.) I've seen some anons do some math that at the current daily volume and fees paid even 400 UNI could mean 10k/year+ in fee payouts for holders. It's all speculation though.
