Now that Elon has destroyed Tesla's stock by buying Chinkcoin, where is the bottom?
Burry was predicting a 90% crash.

>> No.30405958

Absolute MINIMUM- my guess would be 2-300. Realistically I don't see it going below 400.

The PER is insanely high. If it doesn't bottom lower than $400 the bubble never resets imo.

Fundamentally what justifies the price of Tesla? it's just a car manufacturing company. Sure they have an hedge in the amount of recharging points but that's about it, the rest as far as I can see Elon's marketing at work. And perhaps meme cars like Cybertruck make people hyped.

What happens to tesla's bitcoin if tesla goes bankrupt? Do they have to liquidate it?

or they will just dilute with more stock again

in favour of tesla is at least their ability to scale with electronic cars. their battery building and mines, they have infrastructure that other car companies do not have and will take years to compete with.

>> No.30406646

>>30406461
The problem with this is that it's valued as if it still has that advantage years from now too. There's nothing preventing other car companies from closing that gap in the time that it takes Tesla to realize its valuation.

The price is based on the assumption that Tesla will continue innovating above and beyond other car manufacturers-- however, they only have the lead they have right now due to being the first one to focus on the new paradigm. It's not like Elon has Tesla-exclusive super engineers locked up in his basement.

their complete market domination is priced in but it will never actually happen. too many competitors are stepping up to take a piece of the pie. Obviously every single established auto company is transitioning to offer some EVs, and then you have an avalanche of startups trying to be the next tesla. fisker, rivian, workhorse, nio, etc etc etc (they are all extremely overvalued, dont invest, EV is a huge bubble)

>but muh software
10 years that could be a middleware solution. BMW produces cars, some other software only company produces AI for those cars, a third company produces batteries. There really is no reason for all of this to be one company, those are very different businesses.

You know this shit is going to $9k, right anon? If the stock market actually gave a fuck about p/e, Tesla would have 1/1000 it’s current market cap.

The fact that half of the conversations about anything market related name drops either Tesla or Wood means the hype is there. Hype = volume. Volume = $$$. Just look at those gme apes.

What we have now is a bubble, and it doesn't help the company has linked itself to shitcoins

>What is Tesla's sales pitch to sell buyers a promise of price rise?

Growing company. Buying TSLA might be a meme but buying a Tesla isn't a meme - people want their cars and are willing to pay a premium for the brand. I don't know. TSLA stock always finds a way and I shouldn't have panic sold.
