I was strictly in on link, grt, and nu until very recently. At this point im just holding and will continue to DCA into link and grt so while its probably true that im overdiversified, im only focusing on packing two bags going forward. If the other tokens do what I hope then i will be able to consider them suicide stacks even though at the current price point the amounts I hold are not.

Yeah that sounds like a solid plan, it's what I was doing when I started. As for loans, I don't really have that much experience apart from maker vaults, but at that time ETH was cheap and we were in the beginning stages of the bull cycle. I personally would not risk a lot of it in the middle (or wherever we are) of the bull run unless you're putting in a big collateral, like 200% ratio at least.

It's blockfolio. It used to be just a tracking app, but recently they added the ability to buy and sell crypto. I have never tried buying from there though, I just use it for tracking, so I can't give you any opinion on how good the service is.
If you're just starting out maybe try coinbase since it's more accessible and well established
