Not a rugpull, most coins charts look like this after initial ICO. True price discovery happens and you will find out if the ico was over or undervalued. It could land anywhere really. 50, 100, who knows. It will pump eventually once it gets some traction and turns out to be a solid project. But that could just as well be 3 years from now.
