So what's the deal with crypto taxes here?
crypto-to-crypto isn't taxable right?
So when I check out into my bank account I pay 30% of the profits and that's it?

you wouldnt even have to worry about those 30% fren
other than that, yes, to my knowledge there is no crypto to crypto tax.

I came from switzerland unironically.
Switzerland is boring as hell, plus I cashed out quite a bit so can live comfortably for 5-10 years on what I cashed out.
Then after those 5 or 10 I'll see what I'll do with my crypto stash.

I hope so
I saw some anon say there was crypto to crypto tax but last I checked, there wasn't
You may want to declare your KYC exchange accounts in your tax form though. You don't need to declare the value.
They are rolling out a new european-wide tax system that is connecting services like paypal, airbnb, etc automatically to some kind of database. They made it clear that last year was the last year that you didn't have to declare all your accounts in those kinds of sites, and for the next ones, they were going to check.
Not sure if they will though. French are not very good with technology.

Anyway so gameplan is as follows.
Main holdings: steady as she goes, cash out to DAI, USDC and Paxgold if needed.
Trading: on dexes or a non-KYC binance account that I'll fund with monero.
Tell the tax man about all my accounts except the non-KYC binance one.
If I need to cash anything out do it via the ones that I told about and pay 30% goodboy tax.

This way I'm doing nothing illegal except omitting 1 account where I technically do nothing taxable (except they could try and brand me as a professional or something)
