Hi, yes it is official that IOC will be implemented in IBM's hyperledger project, among other predomient companies. Talks are in place to try and get IBM to use the native blockchain over an API, nothing has been confirmed regarding that.

The next x20, you're lookning at it, but ofcourse you won't buy it cheap, only ATH like a true /biz/man

DIONS is coming soon, this is a huge milestone that has otherwise caused the stagnation of IOC due to the agile development/lack of consumer awareness.

After DIONS is live focus will shift to the foundation and marketing side of things. So expect a big jump of awareness post DIONS.

IOC is future proof at this point, it will be one to keep an eye out for potential NEO like moonings.

All in all IOC is a small community of crypto enthusiasts who all believe 100% in the vision of the IO foundation.
