I took a look at the current positions he is recruiting for.
It's almost completely HR, manager and product managers.
All of these people are 100% parasites who at best will produce 0 real value for the company or be a negative asset because they disturb the developers and take away their productive time.

I can contemplate the toxic effect one such manager has on his team.
