I took a look at the current positions he is recruiting for.
It's almost completely HR, manager and product managers.
All of these people are 100% parasites who at best will produce 0 real value for the company or be a negative asset because they disturb the developers and take away their productive time.

Not only the scam that is the game overall but the fact companies now can crowd fund or do coin offerings with people having 0 protections. We have no documentation about the chainlink team and who they are and the financials. Most managers are not former developers and those I know who became a manager are even worse at their job than managers who didn't start as a developer.
But maybe that's my bias. In the last years my company managed to recruit a psychopath as a dev for the role supposed to help me completely against my wish and promoted narcissistic developers who were new in the company to manager positions.
I can contemplate the toxic effect one such manager has on his team.
The people working for such a manager replicate the same behavior.

I often contemplate how much time it will take for them to attack my privileged position.

The only thing which concerns me is when he is planning to double the size of his Link dumps to pay for the team in addition of the oracle network.
I think he may have secretly dumped at least half of the required costs for his bigger team in the last months.
This is the explanation for the bad price performance Link had in the previous months while everything was going up.

Sergey know how a coin can pump and then dump which means he has some knowledge about timing the top of a pump.
If he doesn't know when a crash can happen he has to prepare and sell early in advance when he has an opportunity.

The amount of LINK Serg controlled was always the biggest risk with Chainlink and it looks like that risk has turned out to be a real thing. We’re getting fucked hard because he has to pay for this shit. I wouldn’t be so angry if these were all programmers and other technical roles.
