Unironically finish if you’re a junior or senior. Just having any degree helps significantly, even in trades. You will be more depressed without a degree than without one

Kek, literally identical situation. I was in my last year (computer science) and didn't actually have much exams left, but I just couldn't force myself to do it and it was total hell. One day I literally just packed my shit and moved to my parents.
They were disappointed and it felt bad, especially because we were pretty poor. But I was able to calm my mind quickly and started to seriously plan my life for the first time, the goal was to be a web dev freelancer and eventually create passive income streams by reselling hosting services.
Then I found some mediocre web dev job in a small company, it was pretty stressful desu, but I worked my ass off and tried to get in contact with as many people in the company and its business partners - I managed to get in contact with a few agencies that deal with digital marketing and slowly but surely I started to build my own network.
I registered a so called 'afternoon business' and started to work as a contractor. As soon as I payed back my scholarship, I quit the job and registered a fulltime business. Never had to wage since. Now I have constant semi passive incomes and I outsource any project I get for extra gains.

TLDR: Yeah, imo it's best you quit, I think sometimes we just go in the wrong direction and have to rewind a little bit to correct the path.
