So she made money using her skills between full time employment and those same skills got her full time employment? I do various levels of IT and when I went back to school full time with a family I outsourced my IT skills on fiverr. Boomers with small businesses would pay me a couple hundred for a few hours of tech support and I'd remote in using free tools and fix their stuff. They actually loved me because I wasn't trying to upsell shit. Then when I went to get a job that looked great on my resume, even if it was a level below what I used to do and was applying for.
