Otherwise I'm eyeing 0.835 coins. Dude sells in bags where the total AG content of included coins ends at around 200g, which is convenient. In USD that would be just below 1USD per gram or 25USD per oz, not great, but cheaper than elsewhere so far.

The only reason I can see for people to buy Klondike is that they falsely assume they're "buying the dip," but when the company might lose their entire property it seems fairly pointless to me, it's not a call option on silver any more

MTB is a much better dip to buy because that has half the mcap of KS, has no chance of losing its excellent property, and fell simply because of a bad batch of initial drill results. Also, insiders continue to buy.

Yes, the release of foreclosures into the market was done progressively and in a coordinated to get the most bang for the buck they could get and not overload the market with worthless homes.

T. made a lot of money flipping things between 2010 and 2018

The funny thing is that realtors were so crooked that despite being obligated to list homes into the market, they were already getting paid under the table to hold those foreclosures for investors. Lost many promising properties because realtors simply never called back, went missing after first contact and shit.

I was actually trying to get in that big brain game looking at apps on my phone to start out. Need big brain activities besides /pmg/ to pass the time. Any recommendations?
Also considering picking up a bunch of .720 100 pesos coins and getting a small treasure chest to fill it up. It would be cheaper than filling it with libertads and I don't want mine tarnishing too much more. The 100 pesos will be in circulated condition with proper wear and toning, but at the same time having second thoughts on buying sub .800 junk.

Been in residential construction forever. My company was working for about 20 small general contractors in 2007-2008. All but 2 lost everything including shirt on their back. Several died from the stress of bleeding all their cash away. Everything is in place for a crash to happen again and imho a crash will happen because materials and labor will skyrocket when the fear of inflation happens. At this point, nothing can stop it. I kept myself safe at then by owning property with small debt. Basically I was with almost no income for about 3 years. Don't extend yourself beyond your means. There are very powerful unseen forces at work all the time. Stay safe anons.

Mining analyst Jay Currie yesterday

"Bayhorse Silver Inc. (TSXV: BHS) finally got out of the gate and did a little canter from $0.10 to $0.20. Graeme O’Neill, the CEO, who I speak to every couple of days, is chuffed. Because he knows that to get to the couple of dollars Bayhorse could be worth he needs to build a base above 20 cents. The trigger event for Bayhorse will be big bags of high grade silver concentrate. The company already has an offtake agreement with Ocean Partners so it can sell the concentrate. Physical silver is showing signs of life and, frankly, looks poised for an “excursion”. (Silver spends years bumping along a bottom and then, for all sorts of strange reasons, takes off. A $50.00 silver price in 2021 is not at all out of the question.) Bayhorse has finally got enough money to finish its processing plant and cover the costs of going into production. It is a tiny operation. Two hundred tons a day of 21 ounce per ton silver rock. But it has room to expand and, well, 21 ounces per ton is the average grade. Bayhorse would not be the first mine in the world to “high grade” on commissioning. As the kids say, I am “diamond hands” for the run to $1.00 as Bayhorse re-rates as a producer."

why would it matter how much they pay? Indians lived in teepees because they followed the game. Will the amount your paid cover the amount you need to pay for your food because your land had all the game chased off of it? I guess the part I don’t understand is how anyone could be retarded enough to sell food for much less than they will have to pay someone else for the food they need to buy after selling all their food for cheap. wild game aren’t cows. they don’t hang out in a field and wait for you to kill them one at a time for years to come. but I’m sure you thought of all this and many other things I can’t imagine, which is why you don’t worry. we will just 3D print more deer or maybe if you tell the deer you have lots of silver they won’t want to leave.

kek what’s the matter? scared your ignorance is showing? how about we switch to animal husbandry then? rent your land to rich people with horses. you know there are a lot of people who use those because they had land but lost all their money, or it was always their dream to own a horse and dammit they’re going to whether they can afford to or not. A lot of times the bills go unpaid. They might try to get their horse back, or not. I guess you can try to sell it to recover the loss, but horses are like any other pet; the ownership costs vastly outweigh the purchase price. If you can’t sell that horse right away, it just eats into your profits. During economic hardship, probably a lot of people are just gonna say “fuck the horse” and not even come for it because they have nowhere to put it and can’t find a buyer. but hey, what do I know, I’m just a land surveyor. I don’t have the accumulated knowledge of a lifetime spent on the internet.

that was my thought. I originally wanted a set of NH goldbacks but then smelled a trap: items specifically targeted toward "collectors" are inherently worthless.

at least now I'm not betting on the company shitting the bed, which is the only way the later series will ever have value (barring a rapture-type freegold scenario where gold shoots to $10k/oz). I really want them to succeed, but that means they have to offer fair premiums, either by decreasing production costs or by increasing gold content.

if the CEO doesn't like it, fuck him. he should've picked a different business because precious metals are ruthless and the margins are very slim. he's a cryptocuck at heart, and goldbacks are basically a spinoff of a failed cryptocurrency he tried to make.

fractional gold is dumb. a g of gold is worth like 2 oz of silver, so use silver instead of fractional gold. junk silver is great for fractional silver, just make sure it’s 90% like the american stuff and not 80% leaf shit. stack what you like because you will be paid by the ounce if shit hits the fan no matter what you got. Don’t go crazy with premiums. Don’t be afraid to get bigger bars if you like them. do whatever feels good, just remember that silver isn’t like a car; you will get roughly the same per oz selling silver regardless if you buy it used and tarnished or uncirculated and you never touch it. buy what makes you happy, and premiums are only worth it if the piece itself is worth it to you.

all gold is great, but fractional gold premiums are brutal, basically as bad as silver premiums. it’s dumb to stack fractional gold when silver is so much more economical. I didn’t mean anything bad about fractional gold in general, just that it’s one of those things for the rich to novelize. I would have to break this into grains to pay for a blowjob.

i had $1.88 left in my account and it was the cheapest mining stock on wealth simple. I want to see my whole account go to zero. I only have one actual stock in my portfolio so I don’t really care about two bucks. If I sell that stock, I will cash it out and buy silver anyway.

>“There should be some sort of regulation,” Nashville resident Brett Marker said. “I’m not saying that you should just take guns away, but there should be some sort of oversight.”

>Even Tennessee tourista are weighing in on the debate.

>“I think it should be a nationwide policy, I don’t think the government should be allowed to control people’s right to defend themselves,” said Scott Larson, a Northern California tourist.

tfw a fucking Commiefornian has more desire for freedom than some Tennessean.

silver will kill the green energy hoax. green energy saves the world as much as high pollution taxes in usa saves the world by having things manufactured in China where there is no environmental regulation and then shipped across the world using diesel burning cargo ships.

Sovereigns have very low premium somehow. Cost per ounce is comparable to bullion 1oz coins. They are even cheaper than Krugs.
Fractional gold is popular mostly in Europe because it's VAT free and silver isn't. Even with high premium you get more metal for your buck.
