crypto is volatile. that means it goes up and it goes down. NOTHING goes up in a continuous slope upwards. go to coinmarketcap - look at any coin on any timescale. do any of those lines look flat to you? look at cardano's chart on a 3 month timescale.. do you see any dips? do it for bitcoin from the beginning of they year... straight line up?
if you can't handle this then crypto is not for you.
