Checked, but if that is the plan constant delays to set dates end up dumping the price harder than if they never set a date at all. I had 50k Rubic but I sold 25k when it hit 45 cents because even I'm expecting another delay. Long-term I'm bullish but everything points to them delaying again and I'll load up again when it hits 25 cents
