You gotta go from the bogged.finance website. Press pancakeswap on top and it will take you to the swap page. There you have to accept BOG and you can add it to your list of coins

Maybe press x in the corner after adding, as for me, after pasting in a contract, I have to do it for it working. Then go in the tokenlist again, write bog, and you'll see it and now you can add it
