Back when I was properly depressed I found that going for comically long walks at night helped quite a lot. I would just walk out the door, and keep walking in some direction with no real destination in mind until I was exhausted. Then I would turn my ass around and walk all the way back home again. It left me physically a bit wrecked, but afterwards it felt damn good to climb into bed after a quick meal. Ended up stumbling over a lot of interesting places that I never would have found otherwise.

Yes. I've dealt with tons of injuries over the years. The key to most of them is to gently and repeatedly stretch the injury under tension. Look up "plantar fasciitis physical therapy" and do the exercises. It will take a few weeks to a few months, but it will improve. I also used a plantar fasciitis boot, which I think helped.

Have the same problem went to the gym for 2 months everyday, changed my diet too and always felt like I had no energy. Did not improve overtime, now I decided to see a doctor and have been put on Wellbutrin, it apparently takes a while to work and it has been 6 days and not much has changed. However, i'm still hopeful that it will work, just know that if you see a doctor for depression do your research on the different types of meds because they are not all the same, for example I do not have severe mood problems as people with MDD have and feel like I fit in the Dysmythia/PDD camp that is why I am trying Wellbutrin since it apparently can improve energy issues.
