a little over 3% increase on my 95k salary, and there was no increase last year due to covid.

I should probably go and get a competing offer once things have cleared up. I hate interviews but it's the only way to get more money.

No bonus and a 3% raise back in January. But it doesn't matter, everyone SHOULD know by now that you don't get raises staying at the same company. You have to job hop. And it's not your fault, it's the fault of shortsighted management being unwilling to pay their workers a fair wage for their experience, but being willing to pay through the nose for new talent that doesn't know their internal processes. If you spend more than 2 years at a job, something's wrong with you.
