Optimism won't be live this month. Even when it is, you need to pay gas to get on and off which is worse than just paying it once on the main chain. Also, your tokens can't get off optimism for 2 months once on, so you can't capitalise on the 90% of definition and tokens that are not going to be on it or have any liquidity. Optimism will be a nothingburger. Even if optimism does work, people will invest in L2's, not Eth. This will suppress the price of both. Ethereum and it's band aids are fucked until 2.0, which is around 2 years away. By that stage it will be 2 years behind the 3rd gen blockchains of today. Get out while you still can.
