I have a large portfolio of options positions, some long deltas but net short as I sell premium primary for that there theta decay. added sort puts in QQQ on the dip today and sold an assload of calls in SPY and SLV towards the peak of the rally. My I try to keep my QQQ beta weighted deltas net negative due to my volatility exposure from selling options. Las frida was the first time my deltas went positive for a while, made a killing Monday and laid out more premium to switch deltas then made money today.

My goal is make money no matter where the market moves; up down or sideways but I skew to negative deltas as down moves ten not only happen faster but also with volatility expansion as well.
