If interest rates rise the value tanks, that's the risk. They say interest rates can't rise but at the same time they kind of have to. I don't know what will happen and real estate is too illiquid to move in or out of quickly. I own a house and might pick up a rental but I'm not going all-in.

OP why not invest in fractional ownership and benefit from rental revenues and property value increases without having to manage the property? makes perfect sense because you can invest as little or as much as you like with no need to raise capital for the entire property, also allowing you to benefit from properties which we’re never available to lower income brackets but have high returns annually. this is a crypto board so i’m surprised nobody is onto this
