I was reading this thread >>/biz/thread/S28460180

And it made me think that it's a waste to sell your Link right now because obviously Link will go up a lot more in the near future. How can you use your crypto gains in the real world, without cashing out? Well a loan of course. The problem is crypto loans need to be paid back in full at the end of the loan term, instead of every month. Another risk is obviously Link or the crypto market in general goes down significantly. But e.g. Blockfi offers the opportunity to refinance your loan at the end of the loan term.

Anyone here borrowed a significant amount of money to buy e.g. a house?

Loans on crypto, while it will go up, aren't wise. If we get a correction of 30-40% the bank can call in your loan even though you know it's coming back.
