Five years ago, I had just came back to my home city, without job, nor idea about what job to do, renting a room in a shared appartment in an Arab infested neighborhood.
As of now, I own two apartments, one for me , plus a rental, and 5 figures in crypto. I also own a house in the countryside which I'm redoing to live in and leave the corporate rat race, with a timeline of retiring in two years time at 35.

I talked about all of these to my sons. Thankfully as they grew, they are beginning to see what I have been saying was right all along. They dont know this but I have 5 BTC for each of them in case something goes wrong. Also, talk to your children as if they are smart adults even if they are still a kid, trust me they will understand. If they dont, they will ask interesting questions for you to answer. Kids are smarter than adults but people refuse to believe this so we treat them like idiots by not explaining complex topics to them.
