coinbase has a pretty high bar for getting coins listed. coins not on binance/coinbase have much higher chance of being shitcoins. Anyway, it's a legit project that surprisingly was accepted to coinbase so early. It's got a lot of potential and you can now stake your tokens too. I don't know about it's potential for a 10b+ market cap, but as it stands right now it's quite undervalued and I am pretty confident it'll triple it's MC very soon
