Alot of newfags now, alot of questions can get contained for simple shit. I learned alot lurking but theres certain things you learn from experience, what to look for. I'm not asking for a fish, im asking if my cast looks alright.

Jumping into the deep end gets alot of people confused.

This is a thread for resources so people can do their own research, anything goes. Pic for attention, I just like it

Where do I look? What do you look at to make a bet? I couldn't be newer and that goes for alot of people. How do you understand the risks of short term gains and the rewards of long term?
>>30005123
I've realized this, I've made a few mistakes already costing little fortunately but its a steep learning curve and I think I'm coping well, the sound advice I get is hodl long term but poorfags can't compete

Is the opposite worth it? Bag a few k on shitcoin? My mistake coming in was expecting short term gains and I think that's alot of people's misconception getting in after this massive bump. Very confusing time, open to anything

not in networking, so can't give you the most in depth response here. basically, your crypto is as vulnerable as the machine you're accessing it from. if you've downloaded random shit, using metamask with your pk in a text file on your desktop, you will be at greater risk than others.
if you're scared about it and don't know too much, get a hard wallet (any reputable one is fine). hope that helps, again, not my speciality

>> No.30011591

It's because arbitrage trading bots will capitalize on the differences between sat price and usd price of coins on exchanges and basically force the price into equilbrium so the sat price stays level while the USD price tanks. Some coins will also lose sat price during a dump but it's usually on a different scale than the USD price dump

Someone please help my newfag brain understand this. I've noticed that most of the popular coins tend to move wherever BTC goes. If this is the case then what's the point in buying anything but BTC if all you're interested in is profit? you potentially profit more, because of how much less shitcoins cost relative to btc
you also risk more, because btc is a big boy, and shitcoins can go to zero.
