Binance isn't allowed to do real business in America and they won't attract institutional investors. CB is a reputable company that cooperates with the state to cuck their customers and they don't allow overt scams on their exchange. Binance has to survive off of scamwicking and shilling their CeDefi garbage, CB Pro's valuation is almost entirely due to their providing a safe arena for speculating on blue chips you can find at any exchange. Their UI, the pozzed globo-homo Earn marketing they do and their KYC protocols are all superior to Binance which looks like a chink scam site.

Their business performance is tied to the highly cyclical crypto market that flies for a few months every couple years then goes into an ice age. Unless they get a bank charter that stock will be too correlated with the crypto market, so I’ll stay away for now.
