What will we do in bear markets?

The crypto bull market obviously won't last forever. This run, maybe BTC gets up to 70k, 80k before it's time to cut and run.

Meantime the fed will eventually stop printing money and the stock market bull run will end. After the QE era comes to an end, who knows what will happen to the markets. There could easily be a decade of stagnation.

I'm only trading for a little while and am a long way from 'making it'. What there still be good opportunities in more uncertain markets? Or should someone like me take more risk and try to bulk up my stash in the current climate?
