why pay off your house
what is your interest rate on it
if its below 3% don't pay it off and use that money to invest instead.
Buy some silver, ETH, BTC, BAT, WOO, and some fortune 500 index funds.

if you have a low interest rate loan for your house its worth it to use that money for other investments that will make you more money
just pay off the mortgage at the minimum rate
interest prices are only going to go up from here so its best to keep the loan you have now for as long as you can

Mortgages give you cheap leverage. In fact, it's the ONLY mechanism that can give the average normie some leverage

Let me simplify it for all the smoothbrains out there: suppose you have $300k in assets... you have 2 choices

A) invest the $300k in an in ETF and let's assume a conservative 8% return compounded annually for the next 20 years = about $1.4M - ($300k + let's say $150k in mortgage intrest) = about $950k in 20 years

B) liquidate it to pay off your $300k mortgage immediately... after 20 years you win exactly $0 from this outstanding move

>>29980196
Or, I should say, C) just keep it in crypto, you absolute numnut

I'll choose B

Unless I can make enough short term to totally replace my income. I’d rather pay off my house and minimize overhead so I then have 0 debt and my living expenses are cut way way way down.
