Alright, I'm absolutely sick of this absolute clown market. This is just fucking stupid at this point. I bought at 54K with 20K USD. It wasn't the top, got a few % gains and then it crashed to 45K and even dipped further. Yes, I paniced and SOLD at 44.7K, losing more than 15% because I saw the graphs of 2017 and the 50% crash. And now that motherfucker is back up at 47K?

I'm just going to take the loss as a valuable lesson and NEVER buy this RIGGED shit again. EVER. This isn't for me. I'll just buy ETFs and VANGUARD. Might not have exponential gains, but at least I'm not getting fucking TRICKED. Bye. Good luck with your manipulated market.

The whole point of crypto is that it's VOLATILE AS FUCK. That means it can rapidly go up or down in an unpredictable manner.
Why would you panic sell at USD 44.7k? Did you think that Bitcoin was randomly over just like that, without any cause?
You gotta have some faith in the crypto you put your money in. If you don't have faith that it will some day be worth more than it is regardless of what happens in the meantime, don't put money in it.

Smoothbrain take. Corona viruses are flu viruses. The banks are out of money. Governments around the world know the game is up, so they colluded to blow the annual flu out of proportion so they could stay in power while getting dumb people to accept totalitarian government interference in daily life.

Keep trying, you'll make it one day. I just sold 20k of my BTC stack at 54k almost at the top of an exponential curve that was clearly overvalued in the short term thanks to institutational investors pumping bags along with a fake crypto called tether making their own pump. I should have jumped ship at 51k but I got greedy and almost convinced myself we were going to 100k, and luckily I wasn't punished and forced to sell at 49k on the way down.

I bought back in at 44.7k for the same amount of BTC I cashed out and pocketed 3k... that should cover my living expenses for another 6 months at the expense of some greedy little wagie faggot somewhere on this planet who thought he was going to pick the olives out of my subway rather than remake it after I told him no olives, even though we both know I asked for olives and changed my mind. He better do so with a smile on his face otherwise he will find out I didn't ask for ranch either and I'll come back every day until he either get's it right or quits.

None of this matters to me though as I forever HODL 90% of my stack.

The entirety of the crypto industry is little a temporary money printer - a tool for transition and a buffer for inflation, it'll end in a rugpull once the powers that be have integrated their systems into every aspect of daily life.
If you are smart and not just NPCs LARPing as autists, or worse even redditors, you'll print as much money as you can with this industry and move the profits into real valueables; real estate, precious metals, food supplies, medicine, weapons, whatever.
This entire industry hinges on a circular logic, fairy tales and wishful thinking. It derives its 'value' from the infinite supplies of FIAT money which are being funneled into it 24/7, if it wasn't for this scam - if all this useless FIAT currency wasn't pulled out of circulation and locked in these 'projects', staking protocols or lost along the way in pajeet rugpulls and glitches - the social and financial tensions would have already reached a boiling point.
People are being lured in by promises of effortless accumulation of wealth and 'decentralization' (in terms of governance, tech is irrelevant, as the vast, vast majority of victims are technically illiterate)...

I am sure the people sitting on real wealth accumulated over generations (read: centuries) will just sit back and let autists and NPCs LARPing as such usurp their thrones; they won't co-opt it or lobby it out of existence - likely because they are the ones engineering it. Meanwhile, you go on and preach the good word about crypto, ignore its dependance on hardware filled to the brim with backdoors and centralized infrastructure owned by your sworn enemies.
Hold onto your digital 'assets' for all of eternity, don't mind the CDBCs, I am sure they'll honor your investment and not just kill the projects they are interested in with controversy and legislation to shake you out and assimilate them behind the scenes.

Propaganda, idealism and tribalism are drugs, don't OD on them.

The reason bitcoin is so high is because it is the chosen one of the old money -- it's a traceable honeypot that only rose in value after 5 eyes figured out how to track it and governments bought into it driving up the price to lure in normies. There is no real basis for bitcoin's extreme valuation when compared to newer crypto projects other than as a controllable opposition. The counter culture future economy will be built on privacy coins, guns, and real estate

More people are buying, because more people receive worthless FIAT currency, hence the 'value' of it increases steadily. The rest of this scam industry fulfilling its purpose as buffer for inflation is the only reason you don't see it for what it is, what do you think happens if trillions in FIAT currency that have been funneled into this market get liquidated? You shouldn't bother with crypto if you don't even understand the old FIAT system (that is still in control of absolutely everything).
Whoever lured you in with this scarcity bullshit really pulled a number on you, holy shit. Have you heard of fractional ownership? It doesn't matter how few BTC may or may not be in circulation, it's a digital 'asset', it can be divided indefinitely.

Adddendum:
None of you idealistic retards could fathom the level of Weimar we'd be in if crypto had not conveniently emerged and had not been backed by ominous actors.
It's, again, a buffer for inflation. The trillons of worthless FIAT currency, tell me, where would they be today?
Crypto is FIAT 2.0, FIAT rebranded, many million retards who are in it for a quick buck happily participate in the redistribution of wealth from their pockets into the pockets of a select few (some of which are equally autistic, but most of which are the same actors keeping the FIAT pipedream alive).
You'd be sitting on stacks and stacks of worthless FIAT currency, buying loafs of bread for millions. Hell, have you lot ever bothered to have a look at the supplies of FIAT currency?
The COVID non-sense is a narrative crafted to lend credibility to the digital currencies, whilst brankrupting small buisnesses around the globe and giving the various state and corporate actors enough time to finalize their own systems.
