If GME does go ballistic, how long will it be in the sky for? Like... Seconds? Minutes? Hours?

Days relatively speaking. It'll hit it's high and crab down before going into free fall.

Neat. Whats the ceiling for share prices? 1000k realistically if we're looking at upper bounds?

Sell when you can't believe the size of your portfolio. Don't hold out for 100K. Don't become a bagholder. Let Reddit do that.

A million? Lol
I'd be shocked if it topped $800.
I'm also not convinced that gamestop wouldn't print new shares and end the whole thing in an instant. The only answers I get when I ask around involve a lot of trust in the gamestop board being spiteful and trying to teach the shorts a lesson but that's not really good enough. Out in their position I would absolutely take the money and run, especially if I believed in the new business model they're trying to embrace.
I have a small position just in case but don't put your rent and groceries into a reddit schizo and bagholder stock.

the shorts were trying to drive the company into bankruptcy
that's why they kept shorting even when it was under $20

I absolutely get that. But these are people with a vested interest in the survival of their company. There's not a lot of overlap in the board of directors crows and the do a flip crowd.
Their first priority is not bankrupting hedge funds. Their first priority is ensuring a profitable company.
