Newish fag here who would like to move some BnB elsewhere quickly, which is in my metamask currently after I sent it over from BSC, and I'm an American
I was reading this post I quote

Couple questions, can I safely and low costly just move my BnB out of my metamask to an exchanges wallet, or is it not that easy, exactly what are the hazards/costs I need to avoid ?\

Get a safepal and use it for exchange. I just swap 1000 BUSD (BEP 20) for some bitcoin.
