Just connecting with people and asking around on random internet forums, and at trade shows, like in Tuscan. After events, you can get good deals on the stuff the vendors don't selll (shipping these guys is a hassle/expensive). All the big cities in Morocco have markets of varying levels of legality. You can find good specimens just asking other (trustworthy) collectors. Although, 99% of fossils I see in collection are fake, so you gotta be careful and know your stuff.
