while I understand that most people itt will say niggers, and a few years ago I would wholeheartedly agree, I feel like that isn't the correct answer. The correct answer imo would be pajeets.
I've lived 6 years in my life in a student's dorm while I was in uni. from all the shit I've seen there (drunken people throwing up, people doing drugs, etc etc), there were always some indians working in research programs (so not exactly freshmen kids), and nothing comes close to the way that they lived. They did shit like:
>cooking inside bedroom instead of kitchen
>sometimes trigger the bedroom fire alarm because of cooking inside bedroom
>leaving food leftovers / dirty dishes inside bedroom for weeks/months, making an entire floor smell like rotten food
>not washing their clothes - this was southern Europe so you can't get away with that without stinking, especially when all the shit you eat is insanely overseasoned
>stealing other people's food from shared kitchens
>burping and farting loudly in common areas in the presence of other people
>using bedroom corners as the trash place
>not flushing their own shit
>pissing outside in the summer (I never actually saw them shitting but I don't doubt that for a second)
this of course besides filling entire floors with the smell of curry. I became friends with the lady who was the caretaker for the entire building, and once I saw her crying in the end of the year when the Indians left and she saw the state of their bedroom. in the summer, when their programs finished and they left, she told me she could never rent those rooms and had to leave them open, windows and all, for 1-2 months to make them inhabitable again. also bear in mind these were the educated ones, doing research programs and PhDs, so presumably not the low castes, so I gotta wonder what else they're capable of

Made the mistake of trusting the system. Background check - clear, renter's/evictions check - clear. Guy paid on time, had a family, decided to give him a chance.

Within 18 months he had:

>Carpeted the entire lot. All 11 thousand square feet of it was covered in carpet.
>Built a chicken coop on top of said carpet
>Erected multiple illegal awnings that had the neighbors constantly call code enforcement.
>Leased the front yard to a gang of car thieves that were stripping them down in broad daylight
>Ran an underground casino
>Almost got killed twice in there, I picked out at least two bullets from the ceiling and walls
>Left without saying a word and subleased the place to some other nigger without consent
>Because they're disgusting and don't know what the meaning of cleanliness is, the kitchen cabinets all had an 1/8" thick coating of grease.
>Pic related. It's a fucking incubator that he and his pals stole and stored in the shed. I don't know how they got it and the cops didn't care.
>Cost me way more to refurbish the place than he paid in rent over two years.

Worse reason to never rent to them is, Indians usually bring bed bugs with them, and if you have a multi unit, the whole building is fucked beyond repair. The bedbugs live in the walls and no amount of spraying will fill every crack in your house, the damages dirty Indians bring with bedbugs is pretty much complete loss of property.
