They will use the first call to cover the short and the second to make profit / break even.
What does that mean for us?

Buying to calls for every share is the same as doubling down.
Hedgies already have to buy every share 4 times.
Now those poor MM have to buy each share 8x for a fixed price for them.

So what is going to happen?

Hedgies will use their calls to buy shares.
Retail will most likely start selling at $1.000+.
Most people will turn into paperhands at $10.000.
From that point onwards, most of retail will have left the game.
Only diamond hands, longs and big whales will be left.
So the price will naturally start to go down.
Yet there are still some calls waiting to be used.
So once the price falls down to a certain point (lets say 50% of moon) hedgies will most likely use the rest of their calls.
