If you're an ETH maxi, you may not buy in based on your biases. And I understand.

www.hedera.com

1. Right now, only Fortune 500's run nodes. They have looked under the hoods and signed contracts. Only Google was allowed to host in GCP. The rest have their own node.
2. Once the network effect is wide enough, they will open to mirror nodes, then finally anonymous nodes. This is a fact they stated they will get to.
3. You have to ask yourself why these massive companies joined their governance board? Surely they've looked under the hood and confirmed its legit. Recently the largest South African bank, Standard Bank, just joined.
4. https://blocktivity.info/
If you go there and sort by Transactions, they are the most used DLT. Now I just want to be clear, that is NOT the same as actual dollar value. As of now, BTC and ETH clearly have way more $ value. But their TPS has been slowly climbing
https://hedera.com/dashboard

Why? It's for several reasons:
1. Very fast. Hashgraph is a unique new consensus algo. It's not blockchain. Currently throttled at 10K tps. Roadmap this year will expand to include sharding. Expect 100K TPS capabilities by EOY.
2. Very cheap. Cost per txn is not a fraction of the coin (Like ETH, that's why gas fluctuates). It is fixed at a .001 USD. This is very attractive to enterprises that build. On the backend, they take the price of HBAR, and divide it accordingly so the fee is fixed. This happens near instantaneously everytime.
3. The council - To the cryptosphere, they think the "evil corporations" are bad. To actual enterprises who want to adopt DLT, it's very attractive because they can be assured it's stable for decades to come. Too much fuckery with governance in other projects (BTC, ETH, EOS), that is why real world use cases haven't happened.

Hashgraph has a new article coming out every week with a different use case. The news is insane.

The only reason this hasn't hit top 10 is because of supply + muh centralization.

Early SAFT holders dump but retail has been absorbing it which is nice. This will decrease over the next year.

https://hedera21.devpost.com/

Hedera recently had a hackathon. One of the judges is head of paypal blockchain. We can assume Paypal will join the council.

Also Pfizer judge is on there.

https://www.coindesk.com/uks-nhs-taps-blockchain-tech-to-monitor-coronavirus-vaccine-cold-chain

Hashgraph is being used to track Covid vaccines. I wouldn't be surprised if Pfizer is aware of this and wants to join. The writing is on the wall.

Honestly only if something big gets announced, such as a Coinbase listing or PayPal joining the council. Otherwise, I suspect it'll be a doomp while BTC doomps, then crab while BTC crabs, then slow grind up.

If you recall, LINK slowly grinded throughout 2018-2019. Lots of breadcrumbs and interesting discussions on biz. I can see the same kind of action. That's just my perspective.

I think you can, but I won't connect my bank to a Chinese exchange. I sent in some etc (lol) from cb, because it had non existent transfer fees when eth network congestion was literally locking out exchange transfers of other shit. Then I sold and grabbed hbar.

That's the spirit. Now go forth and engineer your friends, colleagues, family to get this ball rolling. If you have none of the above, stop randoms in the street, the amazon delivery guy, the uber driver, and spread it.

Good news. You can buy a centralized coin at below ico price three years later. I hope they don't have billions of more coins to dump on the market.
