Let's discuss this. Is Polygon (MATIC) really decentralized? Does it provide a working Layer 2 solution to Defi that does not rely on CZ's 11 safu servers?

Is Polygon(MATIC) and Quickswap.exhange a good bet, or another scam.

Please post proofs and actual notable figures supporting this.
