we all know arbitrage bots equalize crypto prices between exchanges

what stops me from just selling my eth when the price of eth is higher compared to other exchanges, and the inverse when lower

getting the arbitrage bots to clean up my crypto for free

Ive tried its a pretty saturated avenue. You generally dont see openings of more than a percent and even when you do its often because either
A its caused by a single weird order with no volume
B one of the exchanges in the arb pair have maintance or disabled deposits etc
C only open for a fraction of a second before it slams shut and you lose money on the move
D with slow AF to move coins aka btc etc
E some weird same coin different networks shit like kucoin coti mainnet vs binance coti erc20
