Its better than nothing, and making working out a habit by starting of with low intensity exercises is a good idea. Eventually it gets so ingrained into you it will become like brushing your teeth and you can up the intensity gradually. Also, just 10 pushups can already be high intensity for people who are out of shape.

10 push-ups a day is a pretty mediocre start. Better one is any color ID you start roiding and lifting three times a week, you follow a strength program for your skill level and eat at a slight caloric surplus. Testosterone enanthate 250mg/wk, divided into two shots per week wherever you like using a 25 or 27 gauge needle, 1" is good needle length, 0.5" is cutting in close but sufficient if going in delt or leg. For such low volumes I'd suggest delts. After you build a solid base and aren't afraid of snapping your shit up cut the test in half, add 600mg tren e/wk, two shots. Muscles grow faster than tendons and ligaments, take longer to heal too so be careful with getting on Tren too soon. If you start to get sides change it to three shots a week. More stable blood levels equals less sides. After 12 weeks you can go back to your base test level. From there you'll look good, be strong as an ox, and hopefully did some reading and will know the next steps for your own personal goals, whether that's doing an Ironman, cutting to 5%, or going full bearmode fatstrong. Ignore the people who say five years lifting before even considering a cycle of testosterone. Ignore anyone who talks about cycles to begin with. Pct is shit, natty is shit. For me, it's gotta be routine all the way. Planning out your day can change the way your mind works. It's been said to ad nauseum, but sleep, exercise, and reading are the most beneficial activities you could follow. Right now I'm being a total hypocrite because I'm a mess smoking weed and drinking, but whenever I was at my best, was whenever I had routine/ schedule/ a breakdown of the day. Even to write down a day plan in a book was enough for me to alter my behaviour patterns, by consistently having it open and near me in my workspace. This is the one thing I think many therapies miss out. The fact that routine and structure can affect your mood somewhat shows how we work better with structure. I kind of think it's similar to that feeling you get after working out or exercise. Your mind and body are so intertwined that improving one aspect is more likely to improve the other. If you are beginning always start off slow and constant. You could say it's a type of conditioning, similar to B.F Skinner's behaviourist work. Slowly ingraining something into your psyche takes time, and effort. But if you can stick to a patterned approach, it's a lot more likely to succeed in changing your behaviour. Give it a go, buddy. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches.
