It will literally never crash while the CAD remains solvent. The Canadian Government will begin going in on mortgages with Canadians. They will already take on 10% of mortgages up to a limit. Both the limit and the percentage will go up to support demand. CRB and EI will continue to keep (((mortgage helpers))) solvent enough to feed the real estate market.

It will crash only after Canada goes insolvent and even then we'll probably find some way to gift it to the international community to ensure that it holds proportionate value against whatever the Canadian economy has to transform into to absolve its debts.

The rates will go up though. It just won't matter because we're all in for GDP and political reasons.
