My company makes $60k a month. I'm the only one it employs. To cut myself a salary I have to pay 50% in taxes though.

Should I buy literally a dreamhouse as a vacation house for $360,000?

A *company* house, right anon? Since that is the base of operations and you will use it for business purposes, right anon?

I assume dreamhouse is in spain and you are not? What country are you in?

Why don't you pick a tax haven to place your company and dreamhouse? Lot's of nice tax havens you can get houses that are not Spain.

I've been shilled the house of my life. It's relatively cheap. A soccer player who's a literal beast is buying a house there. Pent house at the top with bar, infinity pool. Lots of tech entrepreneurs have bought houses there I'm drooling over it
But you're honestly right. Tax havens just don't have quality type of houses like Spain's building right now
Spain is booming
I'm in Sweden

If you care about city and social life then you will probably have to eat the cost. If you care about standard of living and value, tax haven is the way. Also, don't think tax haven as in top 5 places on the planet with lowest taxes. Think anything that cuts your tax liability in half or more. You can find a middle ground that is a solid compromise.

Also, you can get created with corporate structure. You don't have to set foot in the country your business is registered in and depending on local laws, the business (or its subsidiary) may still be able to purchase properties.

Can you employ me? I’ll clean your house and bathroom and prepare meals, and give the occasional blowjob (not gay though).

Interesting this is a completely different reason to buy properties abroad
For this one I'd buy to actually live in it
It's one of Spain's most prestigious apartment buildings right now and it's so damn cheap but expensive if I'm to buy it personally

Guess there's no other choice
It costs $360,000 but will cost my company basically $720,000

OP, go find a good accountant. Unlikely anyone here has a real understanding of European tax law
