What reasons does the market have to continue growing right now? Most of the large cap stocks have their earnings growth projected and priced in for 5+ years. We already know that the stimulus is coming and have priced that in too, as well as vaccines opening the economy. The Fed is printing 120 billion per month, that's alright and some of those stimulus checks will also go to the market, so there is financial inflation expected.
But why wouldn't large investors take some money out of the market now to buy some real world shit since we expect the economy to recover? Why shouldn't we expect a pullback or at least a pause (crab) in the market for several months now?

I'm generally bearish now. Upcoming tax hikes, cliff of stimulus and pumping money, etc. There will be a bounce from vaccine hopes but the market will start pricing in the higher taxes and long-term damage from the slowdown. Eventually the pumped money will run out and things like back-rent and how fucked the economy got will matter. I'd rather be early than late. Not advocating a harsh bear position, just taking a step back from this market. I read old literature on a pandemic and it said after about 8-10 months it becomes a big hit to long-term gdp, expecting more downside to be revealed as we try to normalize post-reopen demand boom. Not sure what it is, but I'm bearish. Something isn't right and the enthusiasm is weaker and weaker.
