There is currently a shortage of bullion in the form of small coins/rounds/bars. It takes time to turn a 1000 oz bar into these things and there are only so many refineries to do it. If demand for silver cooled off, while spot price stayed the same, then over time the premiums would reduce, like we saw after the massive spike in premiums last March. If the physical price has "split" from paper then it's done so by less than a dollar, because COMEX physical deliveries are coming at a small premium right now.

Just do the math on anything you find and see if it sounds acceptable.
