I have 50k usd saved up. I want to buy a house outright somewhere with a low cost of living and maybe only work about 10 hours a week to pay the bills. I would also rent a room out in the house if need be to save money and avoid doing work. Where can i go

Not all property taxes are the same. Iirc in many places in europe you pay property tax one time when you buy the property. Not this annual fisting we do in ameriland
