It's under 6$ in some more rural places outside of Belgrade. I'm 1/2 Serbian and 1/2 Slovenian and I visit Kraljevo once a year. Serbia is one of the best countries...and I've traveled a lot.

Impossible, because of Serbian historical non-alignment with the west the USA will never allow any Serbian aggression as long as USA is the global hegemon. Besides, I don't even care about Bosniaks or Albanians anymore, Croatians have been far worse to the Serbian people. And now because of the American propaganda campaign in the 90s whenever westerners think Serbia they think genocide, shithole etc. Even though not even 5 digit numbers of say Bosniak civilians killed during war (and that is going by western-tallied numbers!), meanwhile in WWII Germans + Croatians wiped out over a quarter (likely a third) of the total Serbian population.

I travelled around Bosnia, Montenegro and Croatia some 2 or 3 years ago and indeed every restaurant had these monstrous meat platters for dirt cheap
I ended up carrying the leftovers for a week in the car (this was in the peak of summer), so by the end it smelled like I was poolsharing with a rotten pig
Somehow though, I just couldn't bring myself to get rid of it because it was such good value for money, until one day my woman made me leave it on a ditch by the side of the road
