On biz quit for a while and become more productive?
I'm a 30 year old loser with 20k in crypto, and like 6k usd elsewhere.
I'm considering becoming a lender assistant for 17.50 an hour and learning what I need to become a mortgage underwriter/loan assistant.

Open to thoughts if anyone in the USA has any insight as to where a 30 year old with a high school diploma can jumpstart his earnings to 60k plus within 2, 3 years?

If that were actually some realistic number, I would unironically pack up a converted box truck and move there for 3 years. It's very likely not that simple though. Hvac and plumbers get paid good here, I'll check that out thanks anon
