10yr yield crossed 1.5% today - absolutely INSANE move - why buy 'safe' S&P500 dividend stocks for a 1.47% yield when you can buy bonds and get a government backed, greater yield??
Powell testified to Congress yesterday saying that the Fed would ramp up asset purchases as needed (to infinity, and beyond), causing the Dow to go from down several hundred points to up several hundred points
We just had 7 red days in a row..
We had a massive long tailed doji 2 days ago with the dip being bought.. to then have SPY drop 10 points today.. insane.
At what point will you buy the dip?
At what point will you stop buying the dip and go short?
If Friday is red.. and then even worse, if after a weekend to cool off Monday is even more red.. and 10yr continues to soar.. I might get short.
Mannarino has been warning about 10yr going parabolic for ages.. I would say up 14 basis points in a day IS parabolic!!

If you match the year, of 1st year performance of presidential cycle, you dont need this analysis, remember obama's first year was 2009 was also fabulous for the stock markets and so was the same in 2013 - first year of 4 year Prezio-cycle.

>What are fundamentals?
Do tell me, what ARE the fundamentals you're referring to?
CRBP has net cash. According to the last reported balance sheet, CRBP had liabilities of $41.4m due within 12 months, and liabilities of $25.2 due beyond 12 months. Offsetting these obligations, it had cash of 81.9m as well as receivables valued at $1m due within 12 months. So it can boast US$16.2m more liquid assets than total liabilities.
That short term liquidity is a sign that CRBP could probably pay off its debt with ease, as its balance sheet is far from stretched, this isn't even including the Kaken commercialization announcement potentials for their entry into a 5-8 billion market cap in endocannibanoid therapy if Lenbasum has positive outlooks.

Think of where buying comes from in bull markets. Lots of people borrow with margin, loans, or leverage via call options.

Basically there is the upward pressure that increases as a bull market keeps going up and a lot of it is borrowed or leveraged. If nothing else changed, the market can be pushed up near indefinitely with leverage alone. As it goes up, you can borrow more, in a vacuum this goes to infinitely.

Think how insane that is, but it's really what happens with our current monetary system and borrowing. So basically the record call buying, high margin rates, leverage, etc all comes crashing down in pullbacks like this. It's why melt ups blow up at the top because people realize it becomes more and more "borrowed" money or leverage actually buying.

It's a natural part of the system and creates this momentum.

Those are changes for the day, not total change. I actually entered at 9 and sold at 8.5, then went back in at 30 and held since lmao.

Trust me this is the fault of the GOP and Donald Trump. Don't you dare make the Democrats lose control of the house and senate during mid terms.

I've gotta remind myself that AAPL had run from $200 to $500 or so in the time between March 2020 and that 4-to-1 split in August, too. It probably does have more room to fall.

You only lost it if you sell, brother.

If people aren't working it means that corporations don't have to pay as many employees and they can make more money. Earnings season is going to be awesome, and like I said earlier 2% growth is on the menu. The economy is back baby!

This is the only reason why I haven't sold. Watching it tank even further is going to be brutal, but it's better than selling at a loss.

Bought 200 shares of PIPP on this weeks dip. May have to grab another 200 if it keeps going down. Can't go wrong with Washington D.C. swamp creature corruption.

I don't take it as absolute causation but its what MSM will point to and people do react to it. I'm holding no cash and just hoping this correction will not be the end all and that my stocks will do better than others in a correction/crash.

>> No.29703707

they just changed how they calculate it. Basically moved stuff from M2 to M1.

Nothing functions without consumers. The market cannot function as is floating above a bunch of broke, out of work fucks and less employees should equate to less production.

>> No.29704083

Stimulus announcements should roll out this weekend. That will attempt to bring back some more consumer demand. Again, this was all planned. Pic related in this post i made in this thread here >>29701334
