Brutal redpill on Bitcoin:

Mainstream normie adoption won't start until the price is measured per-SAT rather than per-BTC. This is because your average normie tax-cattle isn't capable of understanding concepts like divisibility, and as such quite literally isn't able of appraising the value of fractional Bitcoin. One full Bitcoin may be worth $50,000, but to them <1 Bitcoin is the same as 0 Bitcoin.

It’s all true. Even in this hive of contrarians, we overestimate the intelligence of normies.

I agree with OP. 1 cent per satoshi will occur at BTC = $1 million, which I believe was always the intention from the beginning hence setting the limit to just 21 million coins. Someone though long and hard about a good number to use that is small enough to adopted by autists right at the beginning for a penny, but large enough to one day suck up the wealth of the entire world and have penny-sat parity.

Currency controlled by governments by definition isn't crypto.

Not sure what people think that word means.

Based. When you really think about it pretty much every constant that satoshi picked was perfect. Another example is 4 year halving is like a meme cycle and happens in presidential election years. If it was perfect gradual reduction it would have no viral quality to it

Brutal redpill on Bitcoin:

It is centralized. Not just through mining dominance. Somehow its not suspicious at all that we have some unknown mystery creator and somehow we trust the Core dev team to keep our best interests in mind ahead of their own. System made by the few for the many - the rug is always in the hands of the few.
