Yeah there are some smart women out there, but when you start talking long term strategy with variations in causal event chains etc they do start to lose track real quick and try to focus on one pathway instead of entertaining multiple pathways. My boss is like a fucking ultra-smart lawyer, but start talking strategies based on theoreticals extending from known quantities and she glazes over. If it's not within the next few months, it's almost beyond their conceptual range.

I do think women focus down loads better on short to medium term things within a longer term continuum though.
