So I was just wondering, but how profitable would it be if I mined bitcoin on 10 computers with a Radeon card?

>> No.296698

You'll spend more money on electricity than you'll make. Graphics cards are useless for btc now.

>> No.296700

One Radeon card spread across 10 computers would be a colossal waste of time.

I meant each one with a Radeon card.

My friend uses those in his class, so I wouldn't waste electricity.

You'll make a small fraction of a penny a day. It's not worth worth it despite free electricity.

>> No.296965

I always recommend you try mining for fun. You won't make much but you will make some btc. Pick a good pool, mine scrypt coin and exchange to btc. etc...

Go for it. Since you are mining a fraction of btc make sure you pick a pool where you can transfer your btc from your online account to your wallet with a low threshold.

Don't listen to the tards, but don't directly mine BTC.

You'll still only make like 1-10 dollars a day though

it's easier to get altcoins in faucets lol

it would be more efficient to just directly buy the bitcoin instead of spending electricity to run graphics cards instead of asics. but consider the long term perspective, if you don't immediately cash out, that $10 bucks a day could be worth much more in 5 years
