Just sending ETH costs 21000 gas, and you are in charge of how much you want to pay per unit of gas. Those are just approximations of how long the transaction will take before it goes through depending on how much you pay. It's basically saying that if you want it to go through quickly, pay 187 gwei per unit of gas, which is about $6.36 in terms of dollaridoos. If you don't mind waiting, you got for 144 gwei. Note that these numbers change pretty quickly, and if you refresh right now it's probably changed some already. It all depends on the overall activity of the network.
