The actual buzz that was all over /biz/ pre-fork was to dump the BCC immediately.
The foreknowledge of the flippening only started being posted AFTER the fork, but by then only people who had their BTC on certain exchanges could trade at all. You should have known that when the lanes of traffic opened up that the price would be severely impacted. But I do not want to rub salt in your wounds.
