You don't have faith in what you're invested in. If you believe in the company/stock/coin/whatever it's a lot easier to just walk away for a little while. I just sold and consolidated my profile around cannabis stocks, because I know that they will inevitably rise, whether it's next week, next month, next year, legalization is coming. I'm absolutely certain my investments will grow, it's way more relaxing this way.
